Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
• The information you type into the builder: your trade, job title, years of experience, the job description you paste, and any old resume or profile text you paste.
• The resumes generated for you, including the ATS keyword score.
• Whether your account has a completed one-time payment.

How it is processed

The text you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate your resume content. Your account, resumes and payment status are stored in our hosted database, and each account can only read its own records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Deleting your data

Email support@traderesume.com from your account email to have your account and generated resumes deleted.
