Refund policy
TradeResume charges a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
7-day refund window
If the generated resume is not usable for your trade, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it.
After you download
Refunds are not available once you have downloaded or exported the finished resume, since the product has been delivered at that point. Downloads are recorded on your account.
How to request one
Email support@traderesume.com from your account email with your trade and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
